DPC El Gouna will open you the door to the fascinating world of kiteboarding! Our goal is to offer you the most premium services possible, with the latest equipment from DUOTONE and ION. We stand for quality instead of quantity! Our instructors will be with you from the very beginning until the end of the lesson and will ensure that you feel safe all the time and constantly improve your level. Our center, as well as instructors, are VDWS and IKO licensed. We offer private and semi-private lessons for beginners as well as advanced riders.

DPC EL GOUNA is an IKO affiliated center. All our Kiteboarding instructors are IKO qualified.

The whole variety of DUOTONE kites and kiteboards adaequate for our lesson program is available at DPC El Gouna.

PROFESSIONAL TUITION PROGRAM
Our lesson plan is adapted to your individual needs. The maximum number of participants is limited to 2 students.

KITEBOARDING BEGINNER LESSON

Beginner Premium coaching

Discover how to "master the wind power". During the "Beginner Premium Coaching" you will learn all the important basics such as various safety rules and skills, kite control and safe handling of the equipment. This includes for example the following steps:

  • Equipment setup
  • Safety systems use & safety steps
  • Wind window theory
  • Launching and landing of the kite
  • First piloting and exploring the wind window's edge
  • Let go of the bar
  • Waterstart / Relaunch the kite
  • First bodydrag 
  • And more

Duration: 5h for 1 student, 6h for 2 students
Group ratio: for max. 2 students per instructor

KITEBOARDING INTERMEDIATE LESSON

Intermediate Premium COACHING

Learn how to ride! During the "Intermediate Premium Coaching" you will learn to use the kite power to body drag in all possible directions. Furthermore we will teach you how to water relaunch your kite, how to perform a self rescue, how to recover your board and become proficient enough to begin riding on your own! This includes for example the following steps:

  • Enter and exit the water while controlling the kite
  • Water relaunch
  • Body-drag with 2 hands, kite stable
  • Body-drag upwind
  • Self-rescue and pack down introduction
  • Steady-pull
  • Practicing waterstart and riding
  • And more

Duration: 5h for 1 student, 6h for 2 students

KITEBOARDING ADVANCED LESSON

Advanced Premium Coaching

"Advanced Premium Coaching" is the right choice to level up. It's time to become an independent rider and the more you learn, the more passionate you will become about kiteboarding! You will learn how to ride upwind, toe-side, and focus on skills like controlling your speed by edging, changing direction without stopping, self-launching and self-landing. As an independent rider, you’ll be able to ride on your own and rent equipment wherever you go. This includes the following steps:

  • Control of speed by edging
  • Ride upwind
  • Sliding transition
  • Jibe
  • Different maneuvers
  • Different jumping techniques
  • And more

Duration: 5h for 1 student, 6h for 2 students
Group ratio: for max. 2 students per instructor

KITEBOARDING PRIVATE LESSON

PRIVATE Premium Training

The focus is all yours! You will have the exclusive attention of the instructor and don't have to share a kite  with another participant. Also if you completed your course already and might not feel safe yet and need some extra support or if you want to learn some specific jumps, then the private lesson is the right choice for you.
